Project Manager- SAP projects

We need your skills and experience in Project Management to help our organization with the management of our wide variety Project Portfolio and to extend the team collaboration.

You are responsible for:

•          Learn what’s like to run a project in STEMO
•          Walk the steps from new idea to ready product with our clients
•          Manage scope, time and budget
•          Working closely with cross-functional teams in order to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with our clients’ goals and our business strategy;
•          Resolve complex problems
•          Translation of business requirements into technology solutions and participation in the analysis, evaluation and choice of development toolchains;
•          Project estimations and resource planning;
•          Proactively managing changes and improvements in project scope, identifying issues and driving for resolution;
•          Managing relationships with new clients and partners;

Requirements for the position:

•          Full understanding of how to manage an end-to-end technical project lifecycle, from idea inception through development and launch;
•          Project Management experience, both in traditional and agile methodologies and tools
•          Project experience with SAP or other ERP systems
•          Technical or business education, minimum bachelor’s degree
•          Leadership, negotiation and effective communication skills
•          Fluency in English (written and spoken)
•          Self-driven and autonomous person with problem solving attitude
•          Ability to work with different and diverse teams, manage workload and ensure team efficiency
•          Willingness to understand how new technologies and systems works
