In This Role, You Have Opportunity To
- Successful work, develop and drive profitable long term growth in targeted public accounts in Bulgaria;
- Doing profitable sales and customer satisfaction, selling all IT solutions, systems and services whilst balancing business goals.
You Are Responsible For
- Developing and driving successful long-term relations at the appropriate organizational levels and functions, in order to maximize the value of the short & long terms business goals.
- Developing senior and executive customer management levels relations.
- Developing good understanding of the customers (business model/applications) to maximize business opportunities.
- Generating sales forecast at the assigned accounts. Developing, implementing and driving the account plan, including tailored value proposition. Negotiating and generating agreement with the assigned accounts according to price realization targets.
- Systematically analyzing win & lost deals, expectations, customer satisfaction, market, competition and trends.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor degree / Master degree graduate;
- Professional skills with sales or account management role in Public sector;
- Proactive, with excellent networking and negotiation skills, and motivated to develop win-win business partnerships;
- Problem solving via innovation & creativity;
- Strong organizing and analytical thinking;
- Experience of working with mixed functional team;
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a changing environment;
- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language;
- Clear driving license.
