Software System Implementation And Maintenance Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Putting into operation of new software products, their modules or updating of existing ones;
- Conducting user training for software products;
- Creating and updating documentation and user guides;
- Contacting users in case of problems with software products;
- Gathering information on customer requirements, business and system analysis;
- Participation in the quality control (testing) of the developed software products;
- Participation in acceptance tests with the client of the developed software;
Requirements:
- Knowledge in the field of software development technology and databases;
- Knowledge of processes related to maintenance, testing, user training and documentation of software products;
- Good analytical skills to understand the requirements of the users and the applied field of the developed software products;
- Good communication skills and ability to present information to the audience;
- Knowledge of SQL and databases;
- Excellent knowledge and experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Advantages:
- Experience in implementing or maintaining business information systems (eg ERP systems, Payroll or Financial Accounting Software Products);
- Previous experience with Atlassian Jira or similar task management software;
- Previous experience as a software implementation or maintenance specialist or a quality assurance specialist (tester);
- Knowing the methods of quality assurance (testing) in software development.
- Education in the field of information technology or a similar field, incl. student;
- Working English.
