TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANT – SERVER INFRASTRUCTURE

For our office in Sofia, we are looking for an experienced technology consultant with a focus on the design and sales of server infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of server systems and storage arrays. He/She has gained several years of experience in the design and / or implementation of server infrastructure and storage solutions. He/She has the ability to understand customer needs and address them with specific technical solutions from the STEMO portfolio. He/She wants to upgrade his technical knowledge and communication skills.

You are responsible for:

-          Acquaintance with customers’ requirements and identification of their expectations;

-          Defining a specific scope of the client's inquiry;

-          Choosing a technological solution that is most appropriate for the particular business case;

-          Design and specification of physical and virtual server infrastructures, data storage solutions and backup and replication software;

-          Preparation of a technical description of the proposed solutions;

-          Participation in the process of sizing the necessary services for installation, configuration, testing, commissioning and maintenance;

-          Presentation of the prepared technical solutions to the clients;

-          Technical consultancy services of clients and colleagues in the company;

-          Constant acquaintance with new technologies and products in the fields of server solutions, storage arrays and systems;

-          Meeting certification criteria in accordance with an individual development plan;

Position requirements:

-          Education in the field of information technology is an advantage;

-          In-depth knowledge of server systems and storage arrays;

-          Knowledge of virtualization software and backup solutions;

-          3 years of experience in designing and / or implementing server infrastructure;

-          Good organization and analytical thinking;

-          Excellent communication and presentation skills;

-          Desire for continuous professional development and knowledge sharing with colleagues;

-          Proficiency in English

-          Technical certificates for server systems and storage arrays from HPE, NetApp, Fujitsu and / or Dell / EMC are an advantage.

-          Technical certificates from VMware and Veeam are an advantage.
