Repair Deadlines

Diagnostics of a product in our service center is usually performed the next business day.

After the diagnostics, an expected completion date is defined. The date could be checked on our website or sent to the customer via automatic notifications. In some cases – due to circumstances beyond our control, it could be changed. Our team members are constantly monitoring the progress and in case there is any delay – the causes are strictly revised and the client informed in a timely manner.

The spare parts delivery depends on each manufacturer`s conditions. The average delivery time is usually three and a half working days.

The average repair service time is five working days. This period does not include any delays caused by the following conditions:

  • Waiting for warranty documentation
  • Offer approval
  • The time required by the courier to complete the product collection and delivery.

Requests for site visits, received before 14:00 h are set to be completed the next working day.

ПIn case of work overload, the stated deadlines could be extended. Delays may also occur due to spare parts delivery delay, coordinating repair stages with the manufacturer and various technical escalations.
